ok so i’m 12 turning 13 and really want to have friends older than me irl/online so i can hangout with them all week (i’m homeschooled) and because i want advice from someone with more experience in life>0< ANDDD before you say “ur too young to be on this website/app” i bet you there’s a lot of ppl my age on this thing like not a lot but a handful ig..i know i said that i mostly talk to ppl i met on games or irl but i’m open to talking here! (i’m not talking ab online dating..don’t do that) i only have like 2 actual best friends irl so i would love to make new ones! (online ofc)
HOW THE HELL DO WE GET ONLINE FRIENDS THAT ACTUALLY LASTS??

Idk ig you just gotta find a person you have things in common with and it just gotta click for both of u. For an example both me and my friend are racist and anti semetic and we may not talk every day but he's still my good friend and we keep in contact and talk from time to time ^_^

hello^^' i saw you were looking for advice and ill give you some of mine as someone who entered the internet unsupervised at like 9 or 10 years old. I understand the need for older friends, people who act as role models but are also your friend. I guess now its just to learn the difference between kindness and advantage, when you put your age out there for everyone to know you can get easily influenced even when you swear you won't. Be careful going into the internet in general, there's alot of bad people on here as much as they are good. It isn't as easy to tell apart which is which at your age 3
thank you for this!! ur right, i’m currently learning the difference between someone using me and someone that is actually nice out of the kindness of their heart, since a few months ago my friend of 7 years told me she had hated me for 4 years (i don’t know if this is oversharing or not, i’m sorry if it is!) and ofc i’ll always be careful for creeps! thanks againn<33
