"Their Auto Shop" and why it needs to be shut down, a exposee or however you spell it

Their Auto Shop is a auto shop that I work at with like 4 more people and it's slowly becoming a toxic environment. Let's name everyone!! 

Boss:BOSS.

HIS NAME IS FUCKING BOSS WHAT THE FUCK. he's actually not a good boss, he stands with our manager so much I almost punched that fucker...

GRACIELA IS A OLD HAG WHO TRYS TO MAKE EVERYONES LIFE LIVING HELL!! SHE'S SUCH A BITCH!! oh SORRYYY I don't stand up for a homophobe AND transphobe (AND a racist by this point...)!! she never calls my da- I MEAN Millie his actual name!! I feel bad that he stands up for me and takes the blows (literally, she HITS US.) and she also got me these...305's?? I don't know but they're odd to use and their really smoky...she says their good for me. I don't think they are. 

Employees...i guess??: "Scout"

Scout is a woman who randomly comes in and helps up???she's technically a employee but she's always helping with the actual work when I usually do the phone service.she seems nice and is to me, I get called champ by her and that makes me feel cared for. But She ignores me talking about my job, she says "it's so easy" when it is fairly true, but I deal with people YELLING AT ME THROUGH THIS FUCKING PHONE.

Millie

THAT'S MY DAD!! well not actually but he cares a lot for me so I say it's like father and son so I count it. He's actually the ONLY one who checks on me on their breaks even when he shouldn't, he hangs with me sometimes after work to talk too. He genuinely doesn't dismiss me either because "he just turned 19,he doesn't know any better" isn't always TRUE BY THE WAY! I feel bad when I see him and Graciela fight though, he always fairly explains stuff while she ignores it until he's too mad to and starts to insult her...she deserves it though. but there was this one time that I genuinely got scared. so he jokes about this but he once had a car jack thrown at her by him...A FUCKING CAR JACK?? THE PORTABLE ONES TOO??THOSE ARE METAL!! I hated hearing it go down, especially the impact. ew. and him seeing things...i forgot to mention he's schizophrenic, but he thankfully takes meds for it now.

These people aren't mentally well OR good influences...other then a few...or like one
