I'm Officially Laid Off + Sickness

Yes, bad news BUT we must balance the bad with the good. (at least that's what my therapist told me)

1. I still have my music studio internship. It does have the potential to be a job that gets $20/hr which is nice. 

2. Might have a potential job lined up as a part-time manager at a fancy cocktail lounge. Don't know the pay, but I have a feeling it's a lot if it's fancy. 

3. I'll be getting a retention bonus and severance pay! In total, it'll last me 2 months BUT if I get the money out my retirement and savings, I could last 3. It's enough time to find a job if all goes to shit really. 

As you obviously see, the days that were leading up to this moment were stressful. It's why I wasn't on Spacehey as much. Imagine cleaning out 2 floors of retail space in 6 days. Yeah, not enough time... BUT I DID IT. My boss is pleased and so am I. I tried my best to avoid 1-800-Junk as I got a quote of $4.2K (yeah ik crazy). I gave most fixtures and all merch to local businesses and to families. I also gave most office supplies to a school too. Overall, it was hard work, but it worth it for saving the business money. 

Also while cleaning out, I got sick! I feel terrible and I'm on day 2. I think all the drywall + dust + overdoing it on my body got to me during the last 6 days. I also started on my period too. Sigh, why must everything have to balance out. Ying and Yag WHYYYYY
