Illness and long absence

Okay, I've been away from this site for a very long time, I feel so tired. I am constantly physically ill and undergoing examinations because of this, I cannot do anything else. I managed to stay in the hospital 3 times in 3 months! I was picked up by an ambulance twice. I'm just tired, I want to feel full of energy
