Is chemistry hard ?

I kinda want to major in chemistry for college (which I unfortunately have to think about next year) however everyone tells me it's impossibly hard. I really enjoy the class and it's something I feel comfortable dedicating my time to. The only thing is everyone tells me it's so hard it's kinda discouraging. I'm not the greatest student on this planet but I'm semi capable and I just want an idea on how hard it'll be to do chem... I wanna self study for the AP test as well. I'll see how my first ap tests go though and then after I'll decide. Anyone know anything about chemistry tho ?

Also also someone should msg me about countries. Really into that rn.

Im a chem graduate in brazil, idk how it is in your country but here is hard like hardcore type of thing, besides of the chemistry course you have to take physics AND the worst of all calculus, you will need to also like both of these and you have to take into play what you will do after graduating, do you want to be a researcher? A teacher?
I will be a teacher because Im wayyy behind, like one year and a half behind but its okay.
Resuming: Yeah, it's hard but I like chemistry a lot and being a teacher sounds really nice to me.

Forgot to say its not impossible!!! The chemistry part of the course is really easy compared to physics and calculus but you can definitely overcome both by studying a lot.

Thank u for ur input.... I've already taken calculus (it was alright) and I'm taking Physics next year so I guess I'll just wait and see. I've heard horror stories about how hardcore the classes are but I'm fairly invested in most of the topics. I'll just pray for now. Really appreciate this comment tho
