Though I'm not from Michigan, I think we all have a song that in a way, reminds us of home. My home certainly didn't have fields of corn, and most of the farmland I was privy to was in Vermont and Connecticut, but in a way, The song reminds me of home. The longing of the idea of the scenery of it all, an the comfort. This one is one of my favorite Billy Murray songs. Recently its been stuck in my head so I though it would be a perfect MOTW.
