I think I'm crazy

My hearing is better because of some pills, but these pills are really strong. They drain all my energy and put it back some hours after i take it. But these pills affect my sleep. Every night, I hear people walking, voices calling my name, even if nobody is there, and I dont sleep well since I started to hear way to much. I hear people calling my name. I try to ignore it. They are not real, are they? I am going insane.
