The Three Stars

Recently, my body has been behaving strangely. In Brazil, there's a constelation called "Três Marias". I see those stars every day, but now I see them on my body. Pimples arranged like that appeared twice, and freckles like that recently appeared. I'm worried, what will happen to me if those marks continue to appear? Will I become one of them? Will the Three Maries become four? Only time will tell. Wish me luck.
