Mental Illness Life Hack:
Whenever you’re feeling ugly, just disassociate until your body dysmorphia temporarily shuts down, THEN look in the mirror.
10/10, works every time for me. LMFAO
(Pls don’t intentionally make urself disassociate. But, if you do happen to, seriously go check yourself out. The body dysmorphia does get overridden for a second.)
