As a drummer, I always feel like my parts are hidden or not as cool - or they're overshadowed and people just dont get what's hard to play or not! To be fair, people also look down on bassists and stuff, but anywayss!
Any drummers on this app? Finding someone who drums is hard enough, but are there any fellow girl drummers? T-T
If so lets be mootsss!!! ehehe

I'm a bassist but drums are one of the most important parts of a mix: often (not projecting) drums are mixed too low in songs because people like emphasizing the harmonic instruments, but drums are absolutely necessary for maintaining rhythm & impact. Drums are probably the hardest instrument you'll find in a rock band actually: the compartmentalizing of your body is hard...
Also, has your band "Student Drivers" posted their music online anywhere?

You're so right!! I've always loved the sound of bass in songs its like one of the coolest parts to me :3 especially cause the drums and bass are usual synced up! Sadly my band hasnt posted anything yet T-T we just got together recently but we're having our first rehersal this weekend (hopefully LOL) :33
