About to Friend Request Me? Please Read.

If you are someone who is about to add me, please: 

a) have your profile filled out enough for me to know that you're an actual person. 

b) have comments on your page that you've actually responded too - not saying you have to respond to everyone, but if all of your comments don't have responses, you're a little sus. 

c) if you are only about "collecting friends" and you have 800+ friends, but literally no response, communication with others, comment replies on your blogs/journals, etc., you WILL be declined. 

I am a busy person, and while I am here for networking mainly, I do like communicating with people - reading bulletins/blogs/etc. As with any social media site, communication and general talking is usually encouraged, and if your page is completely void of that, to me, you are sus. 

To top that off, my time and energy is very, very, limited. Enough so that I've pulled back from almost ALL social media. I still check things, but I'm not 100% active on any of my sites. I do not know when I will be so again. So, with that in mind, please don't repeatedly send me friend requests. If you see that you're not my friend, after sending me a request two or three times in a row, understand that there's a reason, and it's likely to do with the criteria listed above.
