Im worried about what to do after high school

I have high-functioning Asperger’s syndrome and mild ADHD and I’m 16 years old and joining the US military has always been a desire of mine since I was a young kid. College never really interested me and I never really cared for school but I always have good grades most of the time so joining the military is really the only avenue I feel like I can take if I want to be successful in life. However here’s where the problem comes in… I have Asperger’s syndrome and ADHD… and I’m afraid of being disqualified from serving even though I am able to function in that type of environment. I want to serve my country when I graduate high school so if anyone could give some advice on what to do in this type of situation then that would be greatly appreciated.
