I GOT A SUMMER JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is not my first job but this was my first time going into an actual interview and it went amazing! And it was so quick! I could hear from the way the interviewers spoke and chose their words that I would definitely be getting the job q(≧▽≦q). Apparently someone had already gotten a job there but only for June and then I would work in July. I agreed to be a substitute for them if something comes up so maybe I'll get to work for two months ( •̀ ω •́ )✧.

Ahhh I was totally stressed out because even though I sent the application over a month ago, it was only yesterday that I got a response asking me to come to an interview TODAY in the middle of the day. Such a short notice but I got the permission to skip history class because I wasn't about to miss this!!

7h 40min a day for four weeks and 6€ lunch with drinks, bread, salad and dessert included is not bad at all! It's a care home for the elderly and disabled so my job includes keeping them company in the afternoon but in the mornings I'll be washing windows. My mom said that she will be taking advantage of this by making me clean the windows in our house all spring long in the name of practicing 〒▽〒.

Last year I didn't get a summer job so this year I doubled the amount of applications I sent. The job market is brutal these days and I'm really happy that now I won't have a two year gap in my resume...
