Aspirations - 3/17/25
Happy St Patrick's Day!!
As I try to get through my goals recently, I feel I am truly moving forward in life! I recently have had to push myself to really do anything for my health, and by recently I mean the past few years. I thought that by working out I would feel tired and weak. And that may be true but in feeling a little weak I think it makes me feel I am going to get stronger. Working out and running also helps me go to sleep at night! If this makes it to anyone, I would like them to understand that working out is actually going to help you not even just in the long run but also through out the day.
