I had an idea for a third Pokemon black and white game, or rather, Pokemon gray 3

I had a bunch of neat ideas for a third game in the black and white series, or rather gray 3, which fits thematically because there's only ONE protagonist, and they're the first point I'm bringing up! (Word of warning, this is just a bunch of ramblings I had while brainstorming in my notes app.)

In my idea a great way of incorporating the fashion systems of later Pokemon games into unova and on a deeper level than those games, while having it also be a gameplay mechanic is to have the protagonist be genderfluid (placeholder name is Samuel/Sam/Samantha).
I imagine someone with a similar design to Roxie. They're AFAB, wearing a loose sweater hanging over one shoulder revealing the strap of a bra/binder.
The gameplay aspect of genderfluidity is that your gender is decided by your clothes. Your gender is literally a number score represented by a slider that goes from masc at 0 to enby at 50 to fem at 102. Divided evenly into thirds. Some areas or side quests will require you to present as a certain gender, or have a specific range of gender score (ex. Masc-leaning-enby would be a range of 34 to 42). Maybe even romance options that change depending on gender score? Or the players demeanor and expressions changing depending on it?

The return of secret bases,

Unova is based on New York, and one of the most common types of buildings in New York are apartments, which present a perfect opportunity to bring back the secret base by letting the player rent and decorate their own apartment. From tiny studios to grand condos, allowing players to express themselves through decorating and sharing their designs is almost always a good idea. The more freedom the better. The existence of Iono in S&V also means Livestreaming is a thing in the Pokemon world and provides a viable living, perhaps there could be a mechanic in which the player could do a Livestream once per real life day and the things you could put in your apartment combined with your fashion effects how many pokedollars you get from it, and what kinds of streams you can do.

Previous protagonists,

You should be able to meet Hilda, Hilbert, Rosa, and Nate in 3, all of them should be doing something unique. Rosa could be the top actor at pokestar studios. Nate owns that business highway thing and maybe you could get him to give it to you through a side quest. Hilda is the strongest fighter in that post game tournament thing. Hilbert works at the battle subway.

Evil team,

In B&W2 team plasma is split into two opposing groups, I don't know how to take that further but I know the evil side of plasma after ghetsis leaves should be heavily based off of and parodying PETA.

Secret shops,

Inspired by the tea place in Castelia, there should be a bunch more back alley shops hidden away like that. They should sell all sorts of things like rare battles items, evolution items, items necessary for certain legendaries, to very special clothes. In particular I'm thinking of a place that only sells funny/joke/meme/Easter egg clothes, an example of such being a chest binder that references Thomas Jefferson Miku binder.

Fully anime style,

I'm thinking of the game as having 3D environments with anime style sprite characters. The fashion system being made by having a bunch of sprites layered over your sprite character. As long as the game is planned around this and the devs make sure to get it right the first time, there shouldn't be too many technical issues coming from this, but game freak has proven themselves to be unskilled at development as of late, soooo...
