Have been trying to rest and to be less on social media this days, i am starting to feel a bit better but still have some sleep troubles due to anxiety…
Have been working out also and re discovering music i used to like, also i am trying to get back my reading habits again hehe
Hope i can fully recovery from feeling tired and anxious soon :3

I decided to do the same too! I started today trying to cut off my phone a lot because i cant stop thinking about it and its effecting my grades in a not so good way lol. Just nice to know that someone else is doing it too
It can make things more difficult than usual :c
