Who the bit* is a blue-strike?!

I was recently going through my many many piles of mail when I stumbled across a strange letter that was marked for a certain "Blue-Striker"

Now, I'm a very nosy individual who just loves to look at other people's stuff so i cracked that bad boy open quicker than you could scream "GET YOUR DIRTY HANDS OFF MY MAIL!" and found what seemed to be half a metric tonne of blue paint and a cd copy of Counter-Strike: Source.

If anyone knows what a Blue-Strike is can you please tell me? I'm really afraid right now and I'm honestly ready to just blow up my own mailbox
