For anyone whos struggling rn

I'd like to start with first of all that it's okay to struggle in life. Whether that's just for a day, week(s), months or years, it's okay. As long as ur trying. And I promise you, someone will miss you if you leave. And I've felt these thoughts to, a lot recently actually. So I'd thought I'd share 2 apps that have helped me personally a lot rn

Calm harm: great app to keep from sh, and I've found, also anxiety. Keeps ur mind off things and has journals to right stuff down(all private), breathing exercises and you can keep a streak of how long you haven't sh'd

Finch: a self care little pet that you take care of by completing different tasks. Its super fun, can help motivate, you can friend others, you can journal,  breathing exercises, and it can help with anything really not just sh and anxiety. 

Now, these are apps that have worked for me so far, let me know of there's others that help you! I hope these are able to help, and if they don't please don't give up!! You matter!!

Remember to drink some water, eat something, do something you like/think is fun, and just overall take care of ur self! 

Btw you can always friend me (if we ain't friends already) and I'll always be open to talk and I'll respond as fast as u can!!
