You need to upload it to an image hosting site first!
A lot of people use Imgur and that's what I'm familiar with, idk of any others tbh.
But basically you upload the image then open the image itself into a new tab and then copy the URL of that tab and put it into the image inbedding thing!
Opening an image in your browser through Discord is also an option! Same steps there. I hope this helps <33
