Nemigi is a simple game but really addictive. You have to go through a course of short minigames and defeat bosses. The main key is that it gets faster and faster. It gets really nerve wrecking but thats the fun of it.
Theres also a story aspect to the game but because of the language barrier i haven't been able to follow it. Everytime you defeat a new boss you get a small story segment and a new part of the map gets opened to a new level. (maybe ill do a replay and try to translate it)

The characters are all very appealing and very clearly Touhou inspired! There are a lot of Touhou references in this game. Theres even a small Touhou minigame! This is actually the game that introduced me to Touhou. Im not sure but it could even be a sort of touhou fangame.
