Why is dating/looking for a partner so difficult????!!!!

This is lowkey a vent but also nobody acknowledges how hard it is to have a painfull breakup, getting over it and then wanting to date again(ToT) like it's so difficult to find someone that I like without feeling guilt or feeling weird about them and I don't even know why. Also all the people that I think are cool either are way too old for me, live quite for away (which sucks cuz I know I couldn't deal with long distance) or just don't exist. I always get so jealous when I see those cute couples on tiktok like ugghhhhhh why can't that be me bro😭😭😭😭 idk if it's just me or something because whenever I talk about this with my friends they look at me like I'm crazy and that I need to be happy by myself but like I am I just would like a partner yk:-( It really sucks so harddddd.
