I'm almost in the same situation, when someone adds me and I accept it, I leave a message on their account but it never shows a sign of life again!! So I end up getting a little confused about how to make friends here （；へ：）
yeah, i've also heard that loads of people get suspended/banned out of nowhere and it does make me think a bit, anyways that's not gonna stop me from using this site because as someone who was too young to use myspace in its prime i think this is really cool
