am i cooked??

">ive got a new vest top a few days ago for eid but ive found out it wasnt the color i was looking for so i decided to dye it black but i didnt have fabric dye so the smartass in me thought that mixing warm water with temporary tattoo ink, black nail polish and an old mascara🤡💀 and then i put the vest in a bowl and then soaked it in the dye and then i gave it a rinse and then left it to dry.. it did come out good but ive noticed some weird stains of what looks like nail polish so how do i remove tem without the vest turning back to the original color??(it was navy)
