A poem of nostalgia of a ear I wasn't alive in

I glanced in the beauty then

I forsake it

I hate what I've missed

The choice wasn't mine

So I'm cursed to remember nostalgia from a time I wasn't alive

Barely reaching and grasping feeling what was once just a day and a sunrise

It brings me to tears almost I could hang my head and cry but I must turn away and say goodbye from something I never met

My heart is so full of regret even if for a time

All I felt was the embrace of childhood grass and wind chimes

Alas, the moment still exists.

For a second it felt like I was back in the day on the old school MySpace, back then every other blog entry was poems like this... Cheers!
