Profile: Layout Commission Update

Hello, 

I am officially closing all commissions as of right now, due to the fact I just have no time to create any. If I make one, it'll be on my own accord. Thank you all for your support and requests. For future requests, or just inspiration, you can comment below. I'm sure my layouts and future creations will be semi-outdated, but if one is still requested, it may be applicable to create if the time is found. 

Referencing my past blog entry... "For layout commissions, I only - and strictly - check the Profile: Layout Uploads [FLASHING GIF] page. I delete any other comment notifications, due to most of them being "using" comments.". That will also be a formal, and valid way to put in a request.
