Hi, serious subject guys or whoever is taking the time to read this but, my 13 year old transgender friend was groomed on vr and discord. me myself, I don't have a vr, and I personally don't want one for this exact reasoning. But that is besides the point, scroll down to see the screanshot I have of me texting the person, (who I now blocked btw..)
I texted him about it and protested that he wasn't groomed and that the legal age for minors is three years of age gap. and in his case, the person is 16 and he is 13, which is still a hefty age gap since they are still both teenagers like me and my friend is still trying to figure out what he wants in lap.
Off topic, the same friend I'm talking about has a bad time at home anyways, his mental health is practically in the mantle of our earth from how low it is, his parents are constantly fighting, he constantly texts me when he needs someone to talk to(which is not a bad thing and I do help him out when he feels bad), and he hurts himself time time and constantly jokes (I hope) to himself and me about ending his own life when he turns eighteen which is obviously, not okay at all. so that proves my point about him currently not being in the right mindset at the moment. I seriously don't know what to do and as a fourteen(almost fifteen) year old girl I genuinely just want to get him help he needs. Btw here is the screenshot. 
(Serious info! please reply if you have any advice..) My friend was pratically groomed on vr

try to convince your friend to stay away from social games like roblox or vrchat by hanging out with them in person more or maybe inviting them somewhere (if you can). I also know that its hard to do but if it gets worse you will NEED to talk to their parents or teacher about it. They might hate you for it but they will realise that you are true friend that wants to help them and not hurt them.
and if your friend is really mentally unwell you have to inform a teacher or trusted adult so that they can get help as soon as possible. At the end of the day, even if you care about your friend, it isnt your responsibility to care for them. PLease Please Please contact someone if his grooming/home life situation gets worse or if hes making threats on his life. You can only do so much.

that's so messed up wtf. i don't have any advice but u should tell ur friend to stay away from him

Yeah I can see that, I've been talking to him about it but he has been lashing out at me and telling me to not speak out about it when it is obvious he needs some help. Currently just trying to sort stuff out though..

it's better to speak out about it, i would say threating the 16 year old would be a good idea but i don't know
