HELP !!

I have such a headache rn it's horrible. Anyway, does anyone have any tips on how to get your motivation back for school? I´ve had a pretty rough time these past 3 years, and I didn´t even go to school in 2023 and half of 2024, but I´m starting to get back on track. The problem is that I have absolutely no motivation, and sure it may also be because of my mental health rn, but I still want to try. 

So if anyone has any tips or honestly just anything that may make my time in school a bit easier, I welcome it all with open arms.
