REVIEW #17: Welcome Back, Charisma!

overall thoughts 

• I absolutely ADORE how much energy and vibrance the Charisma House stage play has. the stage actors quite literally have a lot of "charisma," and I love how they were engaging the audience so much!! 
• it's so fun hearing the audience always laughing and cheering 🫶 watching this felt so immersive with how everyone is always reacting to whatever's going on onstage!! (and I can't blame them, everyone's way too silly in the stage play) 
• it's amazing hearing all of the songs being performed again, and I SWEARR I'm getting a ton of earworms. "bunkasai bun-ka-sa-iii" is just playing in my head over and over again 😭💞 I love how all of the Charisma House stage songs follow the original songs' arrangements and musical styles so authentically too!! 

• I still think Yoshun Kyokama-san as Fumiya is so so unserious 😭 I can't get over the way his eyes are just. permanently in a thousand-yard stare and he just gazes blankly at everyone else. BUT HE'S ALSO SO FUNNY LIKE?? bro was just lying down face-down on the couch while everyone was fussing around in the background. bro just has extensive knowledge on all sweets/desserts ever (the way he kept on mentioning Iori's baking for desserts that start with "I" was so sweet - pun intended). also it's so funny seeing him dance because in some songs he'll be giving it his all (for someone so deadpan it's hilarious seeing the contrast), but other times he'll be so. low-key (him just doing the bare minimum side-step and the shoulder-lift in his duet with Ohse made me giggle plss) 
• OUU Iwata Tomoki-san as Rikai my beloved!! 🥺💖 I love how Tomoki-san understood that Rikai's inherently a silly, energetic guy, and I loved seeing him dance so enthusiastically and smile so brightly in all of their songs. I also find his little mannerisms so cute, like the way he shuffles nervously around the stage and pushes back his glasses jshjbdk Rikai I love YOU 🫵 ALSOO I'm incredibly happy to have seen his Charisma Break outfit on stage, he really slayed that!! chitsujo is all green FR!! 😩
• AAAA OMARU-CHAN AS TERRA, YOU'RE THE BESTEST MOST ICONIC QUEEN EVER!! 😩💗 OHH I will NEVER tire of loving Omaru-chan's Terra because they're absolutely perfect for the role, they're so pretty and so sassy and so vigorous!! I loved hearing the audience cheer so loudly every time Terra does something (SO REAL, I would also be screaming my heart out with them) (and Terra's so iconic for encouraging everyone to cheer their loudest loll). it was hilarious when the other Charismas were shouting their favorite season and Terra being Terra just joined them in and shouted "Terra~!" (I agree, Terra is the best season, she's all year-round 😍) ALSOO her dashimono segment was so silly JDBJFB the way she was just running around the stage as everyone was cheering for her and she would just holler "BEAUTIFUUULL~" 💞😭 stage Terra I love you with all my heart WAAAHH 
• Ryousei Tanaka-san as Amahiko is just phenomenal as ever, his provocative movements and oozing ✨AURA✨ is ICONIC 🤩 I also find it so cute that he seems like a fan-favorite too, everyone was definitely screaming whenever he does something onstage. again, the pole dancing performances were mind-blowing 😌 ALSO WOAAHH the stage play was a little bit cuckoo for adapting Amahiko's Charisma Break outfit BUT THEY DID AND TANAKA-SAN LOOKS AMAZING IN IT SJBFJBF
• YEE Haruki Mochida-kun as Iori!! 🫶 they're so so adorable and I love their little mannerisms and cute dance moves. I will always find their Charisma Break outfit so pretty (their waist is so snatched omg. they absolutely ate that up!! 😍) ALSOFBNDB they totally slayed doing the pole dancing part with Amahiko LIKE AAA IORI YOU'RE SO COOL
• Saru's stage actor is so funny because it just seemed like he's also just laughing at everything he's doing 😭 I enjoyed watching their dashimono segment and it honestly looked like Saru was so close to breaking character like yeah Saru be doing the funniest shit possible so I can see why he's about to laugh 💔 ALSO PLSS it was so funny how after every single time he would demonstrate a fighting move he would just pose and there'd be the vine boom sound effect 💀 side note but I'm kinda in awe at how Saru just jumps from the top of the stage staircase and lands on the floor so smoothly like. ok normal Sarukawa Kei activities /af 
• Ohse's stage actor is so babee 😭💗 I find it endearing how he gets agitated easily and the other Charismas just encourage the audience to cheer for him 🥺 also he was serving in his dashimono segment like his theories were ONTO somethin ✋ he's so cute with his beeg eyes and OUU I hope he knows how loved he is <3
