Some can argue that Griffiths was the og femboy. Yet I disagree. Since berserk came out in 1989 and the manufacture of skirts worn by kings became more common in 3,000 BC, yet the first king in our knowledge who wore a skirt was king George IV (who was crowned in 1820). Meaning that this man was clearly one of the first of many who later followed his ideas and morphed into the genre we know, and love, as "femboys". Even though some may argue how it is specifically a "kilt" in which he's wearing. What truly defines a "skirt" in the first place? With a quick Google research, we can instantly define what a "skirt" truly is. And I quote "a skirt is a free hanging part of an outer garment or undergarment extending from the waist down" so it is clearly specified that this pertrusion must be a skirt
