💻🎄 CSS Snippet - Christmas Lights on Your Profile

It's CHRISTMASTIME and it's time to decorate our profiles to match what is undoubtedly my favorite time of the year. So I'm going to try to throw up some decent CSS snippets for Christmas effects! FIRST: CHRISTMAS LIGHTS!

If you're using some of my other code, like full-screen intros, you may need to change "body" to "html" or "before" to "after" in order to not change any of the other things you've got going on. Merry Christmas everyone!
