I feel like in the end when Wedding Cake Cookie gave Black Forest Cookie her bouquet that there was something underlying there that should be brought up. Everyone was scared that Black Forest Cookie turned into the Cake Bride besides Wedding Cake Cookie. She saw the true happiness in her when she got her wishes fulfilled. I feel like Devsisters was trying to show that Black Forest Cookie was planning to marry Wedding Cake Cookie to honor the witches for creating her. After all who accepted her true form more than Wedding Cake Cookie herself.
