i might write a musical...

alright so im a massive theatre kid. massive. and as a theatre kid one of my dreams has always been to write a musical!! recently i have been dealing with some mental health struggles and uh stuff. i have also been reading books (fiction) about people, teens specifically, with mental health issues!! 

this made me think, i don't believe there are enough musicals about teens dealing with intense struggles such as going to rehab, SH, and other traumas. 

my character is a 17 year old girl who is just out of rehab after a large episode. Now trying to make sense of her life before high school is over and she has to "become an adult", she tries to make amends with her past as well.

dealing with present, past, and future brings her to exhaustion, but she is determined to prove she can get better, while still dealing with the feeling nothing matters.

i also came up with this idea while listening to against the kitchen floor by will wood so uh yea.
