Hey yall!
So last week we were assigned to do a gym assignment for six weeks to create our own gym routine based on cardio and some other fitness type (muscular, flexibility etc)
I decided to make my gym assignment simple and focus on flexibility (Yoga, dynamic and static stretches) and cardio (running for 20-25 min)...
Wow....i am so not active and these sessions are really proving me so badly and i would get easily discouraged whenever i do these things i really dont know why especially the runs because i dont run a lot of kms like max 2.8km in 25 min like what?? (I can do better in my age) right now like in the 12 min mark or 15 min mark I WOULD BE HYPERVENTILATING and for some reason i am always craving for something sweet like ngl i act so big back and the big back in me is biting my butt off during these exercises. and who knew the flexiblity exercises are super stressful for me to do because my teacher asked us to record it to show that we are doing it and I tend to get really nervous but I still get it done by the end of it yk
this is so discoraging and fatty behaviour I really hope it gets easier for me later on
Like im not THAT FAT im just 61kg right?....right?

gurl I feel you. I can hardly to anything when I was in gym class yet I was expected to act like a D1 athlete. Don’t worry just keep trying and believe in yourself (yes Ik this sound cliche but there’s a reason why ppl say it).

but luckily my teacher isnt that pressuring hes a nice and all that but like IM THE PROBLEM in this assignment bc i would breathe air like im greedy ash after my run and also yeah my only motivation rn is to get my grade up for gym bc i dont wanna see myself failing fr in GYM
