Why is society bound by so many useless rules that obviously don't benefit ANYONE. You have to spend money to buy water and food which are both basic necessities for a person to live and even just simple shelter costs a shit ton these days because of greedy assfaces. Money shouldn't even exist yet here we are run by a world revolved around money. Want some new clothes? Go spend 250kr (35usd) on a fucking black shirt made by a fast fashion brand who claims they "recycle their clothes" when its obviously just a scheme to get people to trust their company and buy more of their crappy low quality clothes that are only made to follow trends. People are forced to follow societies "rules" and keep up with trends all while fitting into this black and white checklist to become an acceptable person (not in a way which is defending any creeps on anything I js don't know how to word this well..) and get judged for fitting outside of that checklist. I cannot NAME how many times I got weird looks or laughed at because I expressed what I liked because my interests are considered "cringe". My own fucking best friend who has similar interests to me thought I was being cringe because I was talking about my interests. I have to hide what I like from my own friends because they think that these things are considered cringe. It's considered cringe to express your interests and go on rants about them, I cannot count the amount of times that I have been straight up ignored when I was talking to my friends because apparently expressing your happiness and just basic human emotions is considered childish. Shortening words is considered cringe, having neopronouns is considered cringe, watching anime is considered cringe, being a queer person and expressing your identity is considered cringe, USING A DIFFERENT APP THAN SPOTIFY IS CONSIDERED CRINGE?!?!??!?! I got fucking judged for using soundcloud instead of Spotify when I was 10 becausse that was "weird" HOW IS THAT WEIRD I DONT HAVE PREMIUM AND I WANT TO LISTEN TO SONGS THAT I CAN'T NORMALLY ACCESS????????? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. HUMANITY IS FUCKED AND SOCIETY IS TAINTED BY THIS STUPID NORM THAT YOU HAVE TO ACT A CERTAIN WAY.
