Partying Advice

So I'm trying to get out more and there's a lot of parties near me, though I tend to get really overwhelmed when I'm around too much people. I do go to amusement parks which have a lot of people and I do go out to the mall as well, which have a lot of people too. I can suck it up when I'm with family or friends because I don't wanna kill the mood but I end up all tired and nauseas. While I'm studying for my drivers test to go to those parties on my own, how can I avoid getting overwhelmed? Since I'll be turning 21 next year, I'll be able to have more fun and I don't wanna spend my years in my room (Even tho that sounds really appealing).

Good luck! I agree with the other comment on here, working towards your goal over time is definitely the safest thing you can do. I actually party pretty frequently but I still have my fears when it comes to going to events alone, which I'm still not comfortable doing, but I know that someday I'll get there. :]

My answer is kind of probably not something you are looking for but if you simply feel overwhelmed and can't do it, don't do it.

However if you seriously want to party and stuff like that, I guess my only advice is start slow by doing something involving people like go actively to places where its active and you gotta communicate, it'll get better and you'll get used to it in some form, you might feel overwhelmed regardless but you'll get used to it.
