post-con summary/hls!!

didn't get to go to any cons for a few months bc of school but I finally went this weekend bc i wanted to breathe for a bit, here are some highlights!

-got back into my minesweeper addiction thanks to a femboy oomf, then got forcefully rehabilitated by staff (apparently we weren't supposed to do stuff on the computers)

-met one of my friends' friend, who i thought would be the last person i'd be finding at a con, immediately became friends now i fw her so heavy

-got to see a bunch of my cosplayer friends and moots!!

-did a megurine luka closet cos for day 1, and got recognized!!

-FOUND LOVE AND DEEPSPACE COSPLAYERS

-spent an unreal amount of money at artist alley

-became friends with some people, including but not limited to a CRAZY GOOD arcane cosplayer and this one goth

-beat EVERYBODYS ASS at monopoly deal. twice. (we only played 2 rounds before the con ended) even had some guy join midway who did his best to provoke me into losing but I WON! HAH (i do NOT play abt monopoly deal)

-saw an actual brother-sister duo cosplaying as those incestual siblings from that one horror(?) game, idk how much i should judge them for that bc i havent actually played it and dont know the context but it seemed pretty weird to me idk...

-GOT A BUNCH OF FREEBIES FROM ARTIST ALLEY BC THEY LIKED ME (and i spent sm that some of them felt bad and gifted me some stuff i was hesitant abt..)

-GOT RECOGNIZED FOR MY AIRI MOMOI COSPLAY BY A COSPLAYER I LOOK UP TO!! he did mikuo it was so peak

-took like 9 separate pics with the rafayel cosplayer... one for every time i ran into her

-saw this AMAZING curly cosplay. took pics. also found an anya. took pics w her too. so happy to see the mouthwashing fandom alive

-got freebie cookies from the con organizers!! 

just realized i still have my con entrance bracelet thingy on lol anyways

-HAD RAFAYEL TIE MY CON ENTRANCE BRACELET ON. BC THE COSPLAYER WAS ONE OF THE STAFF. RAAAAAHHHHH

-left the con center for food, went in the closest fast food place, ended up eating the best burger ive ever had in my lifetime

-found ddlc merch in the big year twenty twenty five??? bought a sticker set and a monika acrylic stand

and most importantly,

-HAD A WHOLE LOTTA FUN!!!!

now im back home, studying late at night, but it was so worth it!!

i hope school chills out for a bit soon so i can go again!!!
