I can't add a custom background to my profile

How the f4 can I add custom background (image)

So I tried to code the background but when I ever input the URL it always says that I have no premission.

I tried to use alot of images and it ends up the same

that might depend from where are you getting the image!!! try using a free image host (do not use imgur, those have problems with spacehey)
