I have BPD which means I get triggered easily by alot of things, My major trigger (especially online) is: being ignored , I get uncomfortable and anx super easily when being ignored, so try and tell me if you are busy! And btw, people with BPD aren‘t toxic or narcissistic, we are still human beings, educate yourself better.
