TW DOGS DEATH TW

i was on my way to work when I saw a man with a dog (golden retriever) on the side of the road he parked his work van about 10 feet ahead. My stepfather pulled over and decided to try and calm the dog while it was spitting up blood we had to leave though because we had to go to work on our way back  we noticed that they were putting him into a truck… (he had already spit up about 3 cups of blood.) today was not a good day.
