I've recently come to understand that I might sometimes seem a bit unapproachable or rude, mainly due to the words I hold back. It’s not that I don't want to express myself; it’s more that my mind doesn't always process responses quickly enough to share them right away.
So, I have decided to share some of the stuff I want to say more!
- Bless you - I often forget to say this when someone sneezes, but I’m going to try to use it more often, even with people I’m not necessarily close with.
- Good morning - Practically everyone has something to do in the morning; it could be work, school, or the gym. However, chances are you will likely encounter someone you know in the morning, so why not wish them a well one?
- Thank you - This is one I personally feel I should say much more. People thanking me for stuff brightens my day immediately, so why not do the same?
- Sorry - I often see people, especially online, saying that you shouldn’t apologize because it makes you seem weak. But I disagree. Personally, I think people who apologize come across as more calm and mindful. Next time you accidentally bump into someone, maybe say sorry, even if it wasn’t really anyone’s fault.
There's obviously so much more, but I don't have the patience for that just yet.

That's beautiful, actually. I agree with all of them, especially with saying sorry.
