I NEED TO GET MY HAIR DONE ASAP!

I need to get my hair done: 

I am getting my hair cut and re dye today, thank god, the blonde is my natural hair color, I just dye my tips! But I need a haircut so bad! 

I still look cute ASF, but my hair.. Geez. This is what it looks like fresh done!
