Many of us have heard about the hardware limitations of the Nintendo 64 and we've also heard about how difficult it was to develop for it despite being a very powerful console at the time.
In recent years the console has seen some sort of homebrew revival, it seems there's a competition to see who can push the limits of the N64 and this guy might have won, he showcases a demo of deferred texturing where he shows how 256x256 textures are possible. Needless to say, my jaw dropped, the results look like graphics from the Sega Dreamcast or even the GameCube.
