hello ⋆.˚✮🎧✮˚.⋆
i love talk about music, genres, songs, my fav artists.
here, i'm gonna show my favs albums of the genre, if you're new to rock and heavy metal maybe these are nice options to look.
prequelle, ghost. (2019) = 8,93
genres: heavy metal, hard rock, arena rock, doom metal and pop rock.
about the band: GHOST it's based on critics about the church and religion (how people use religion for their own interests) with a nice lore, yeah you read right lore about the papas who are figures that sing in the band and have their own personality and history, very interesting to follow. if you have interesting to know a little bit you can watch this guide > an unhelpful guide to ghost
about the album: personally, i think it's the most complete album of ghost with a historical interesting theme: medieval/death plague era. where you can catch very history references. also, the guitar, use of keyboards and vocal are so well combined track for track it's ART.
favorite tracks and some comments
- faith: if you want to see how it's ghost guitar riffs, perfect example, really intense and aggressive.
- witch image: the poetic persona it's THE death, the grim reaper, such a fun song to listen.
- helvetesfonster: perfect instrumental, so rpg campaign vibes lol and certaintly really poetical even without words. (i did read an interesting interpretation on reddit about the song that i think it's worth to put here in pt-br:
)

rust in peace, megadeth (1990) = 8,4

about the band: classic heavy metal band, megadeth it's known for their trash metal songs and have a long long history that i recommend search for (lol).
about the album: the it girl of megadeth discography, i think most of the fans love it (no surprise) because its INSANE. highlights for the complex arrangements, dual lead guitars, fast rhythms and tempo changes. the theme of the album its based on religions, warfares and politics.
