The amount of videos on Tiktok of me seeing people arguing about ''newgens' joining a fandom. Ya'll don't own the fandom let people join whatever they wanna join PLEASE. I saw a video a few hours ago saying "I'm so fucking tired of newgens joining after the sonic 3 movie came out" Hear me out, lets not argue over something stupid and let people enjoy something new.

And then they complain when the fandom is dead, motherfucker you're partially the reason it's dead? Maybe stop bltching and people will actually stay in the fandom 🤦♀️

THANK YOU FOR SAYING THIS!!! I hate it when I'm joining a fandom and all the people are like "new gens don't know about when ____ happened" or "new gens will never know the feeling when ____" or something like that, its so frustrating especially in fandoms for games, its like people forgot how fandoms work,, like no I wont know how it felt when this character first came out, I know, let me enjoy the game as it is now (╥_╥)
