HELLO INTERNET
I am visiting Rome (Italy) for 2 full days. In this 2-day blog I’ll share some of the pictures I took.
We started in the Pantheon. This is huge from the outside but… EVEN bigger from the inside. It’s crazy to think that this is the oldest building in the world that still has a roof on it. The sunlight shining through the oculus makes it look like it’s some sort of way to tell the time from before they had clocks.
Here you can see a little picture of the roof and the oculus. This is taken with a fisheye lens.
Secondly
While walking from the Pantheon to Vatican I walked past a random ruin that didn’t really have a name but I still thought was very cool.

Lastly
We arrived at Vatican. St. Peter’s Basilica is also even larger than you would think when you see the images. Michelangelo went all out, for real. Also, the Pope is dead sick. IF he would be to kick the bucket when I’m still here, THAT’S worth checking out.

though short, thanks for reading this blog!!
(Sadly I can’t paste blinkies or stamps on mobile)
