not me having a manic episode

i need to start doing any type of exercise tbh. my neck is hurting, my back, my legs, etc. but i haaaaaaaaate sports, i'm thinking maybe pilates?? maybe. maybe dancing even, i used to do that! or matial arts, even though it is a sport. i'm not good with sports ughhh, but that's okay yk what. yk what i'm going to go back to my LOCK TF IN mindset, i'm grindingggg rn baby, i'm going to sleep early!! drink water!! exercise and study!! oh yeah take that LIFE. we stay hungry we devour!!
