Yeah, I have not been getting any sleep at all and I'm doing that thing were I wake up a little too early and overthink everything. Which isn't so fun when it's a Monday 😶
The nightmare was pretty triggering(which I won't talk about) and it opened up a bunch of traumatic memories that haunt me constantly. Naturally, I cried and had to drink some water to calm down. I won't lie, I was more than upset and exhausted.
I'm just going to do some laundry, help cook and watch a movie because that left me too overwhelmed. Anything to make me forget and lighten up the mood.
Besides that, I hope everyone has a better Monday and a good week. Do your best and take care, peeps.

Small update: music really does some wonders. Funny enough, anything with electric guitars calms me down a bit.
