I want to see the world through a train window

I want to climb trees and scrape up my arms. Wear a suit and go to the opera. Go on a road trip to California and swim in the ocean and journal on the beach. I want to dance at bars and laugh into strangers ears. Get so wasted the lights look like stars and I don't care anymore. Take the bus into the city and walk around for no reason. I want to spend as much time as I want at every art museum I visit. Get a fresh haircut and enjoy the smooth sides. Go to punk shows and scream and move and feel. Finally learn how to do a good two step. Sit in diners and draw in a little sketchbook. I want to drive around with my friends with the windows down. Go to the library every weekend. Smoke and do yoga on the porch. Call my friends and talk for hours. I want to carry my mp3 player everywhere. Get tattoos and wear a leather jacket like I've always wanted. Take the trip to the east coast and enjoy the rest of the world. Really, I want to live.
