Hatsune Miku, The character from the voice

So I keep seeing pintrest posts about Miku, saying stuff like " 'Isn't Miku a minor?' Wrong she and instrument." And I get it, the vocoloid character is an instrument, but the character made for the voice is a minor. But again she's an instrument and I can't get that in my head. Though I saw a comment that said her age is for marketing, which is fair. However when I see art or figures of her that's kinda 'spicy' it feels so wrong and idk how to feel honestly.
