Heyy, first vlog of the month!! Yippee !!
I kinda forgot to update since I was too busy with praying and fell asleep often so that's why you're only hearing from me noww.
It's the 2nd day of Ramadan and I'm on my way to establishing my Iman (faith) as well as starting to regularly pray 5 times a day again !!
As for the fasting itself it's not too bad on me since I've been doing this since I was 12. So I'm quite used to it already.
On Wednesday I'm having my first day at my new job (which I excitely look forward too)
As for my workout routine, as promised I still haven't skipped a singular day (wohoo)
And here are the stats:
Started (25th February) stats:Â
Weight (just in case) : 50kg / 110Ib
Waist: 25.5 inches / 65cm
Currently (March 2nd) stats:
Weight: 50kg / 110IbÂ
Waist: 25.5 inches / 65cm
As you can see, not much has changed. Which is not very surprising. I might start doing them 2 times a day, instead of once. Results should show after 2 weeks or so. But that's all for today!
